This page describes the "Terms and Conditions" governing the use of AirportParkingInc.com. Please read this page carefully. If you cannot abide by the terms and conditions stated here, do not use any of the services provided through this web site. By using this web site and our service, you unequivocally agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Our Rates
The rates quoted on our website include all taxes and fees.  Please keep in mind that each lot and state may charge different rates and fees. 

When Do you Pay?
Each lot is handled differently.  Many lots require you to pay your entire reservation costs in full at the time of booking.  However, some may require you to pay for one day only plus the reservation fee with the remaining balance being due at the time you arrive at the parking facility.  Payment is made on our website using a credit card at the time of booking.  Credit Card Processing is in real-time.

Cancelation Policy
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the date you are scheduled to arrive at the parking facility.  If you cancel within 48 hours of the date you are scheduled to arrive at the parking facility, you will receive a full refund less the reservation fee.  Any reservation not canceled within 48 hours will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid.

Purchase Receipt
Immediately upon purchasing your reservation, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt.  Please print this out and present it to the parking attendant at the parking facility upon your arrival. 

Where are your parking facilities located
All parking facilities are operated by Parking Management Services and are located within a mile or two from the airport.  Directions will be emailed to you immediately upon booking your reservation.

Transportation to the Airport
Transportation to and from the airport is provided free of charge through the use of hotel shuttle buses or vans.  Please allow 20 minutes of additional time when arriving to the parking facility to ensure that you get to the airport on time.  Most airports recommend arriving at your terminal at least 1 1/2 hours earlier than your scheduled flight.  Please adjust this time with an additional 20 minutes for the shuttle service.  

About the Parking Lots
Unless stated on the confirmation, most lots are open 24 hours a day and operate 365 days per year.  Those stating that they are not open 24 hours a day will generally meet all flights unless stated on your confirmation.  Lots are well lit and secured behind a fence unless otherwise stated.

Changes in Your Reservation
Your charges reflect the arrival and departure dates indicated when you made your reservation.  If your reservation should change, additional charges may apply.  You will need to contact us. 

Making a Reservation For Someone Else
We do allow you to make a reservation for someone other than yourself.  You would only need to put the name of the person parking the car on the reservation form where it says "Person Parking Car."
